Sino-Japan joint venture--Ningbo SIL Gasket Co., Ltd. is established in 1994 which is one of the earliest gasket maker growing up together with Japanese motor and carburetor maker in China .

The company produces series gasket part in varies materials of engine system ( including exhaust system and carburetor ) in cars and automobiles, especially in metal head gasket, the company maybe is the best one in this line in China. And meanwhile, the company developed a new type of hi-tech compounded non-asbestos gasket materiaI--SYFLEX770, which gives a good choice to the makers of car and automobile for ending the history of asbestos material in China.

The company has QA control system according to the standard of ISO9000 & TS16949, and use ERP system in company administration.
